This page is intended to make it a little easier to
view the current maps were are using for the KRI project in order to
identify the assets of the river corridor and to help establish
priorities for future action. The entire
Kennebec River corridor is divided into sectors in order for you to
view the maps and print them off if you want. Below is an index of all
the maps which will become available for you to use. As those "sector
maps" are available, they will be added to the list next to the index
and you can simply select the link and open up one of those sector
maps. Each of the 15 sector maps is much more detailed than the index.
They are intended to give you an opportunity to
* review
the information we have already collected and mapped,
*
suggest changes and/or additions, and
* help
identify priorities for future action, how those may be connected to
other features along the Kennebec corridor
Remember these are working maps. We've tried to
keep them basic so that people can use them even if they have older
computers and slower internet services.
It also helps give you a better idea of just how
immense and exciting this project is.
